Growing Buzz Around Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Focus Now On Dining

Luxury travelers continue to seek new experiences across both accommodations and dining as well as unique local environments. Ritz-Carlton may just have nailed it with the introduction of their Yacht Collection which will debut in 2020. The first yacht to launch has been named Evrima and to Ritz-Carlton fans’ delight it will offer a detailed array of options of distinct dining experiences.

All meals throughout the day are covered with the main restaurant, dubbed The Evrima Room, to be the center of attention. The room balances privacy yet enables social connection in a spacious setting. Among the many types of cuisine being offered, Southeast Asian continues to be highlighted with a particular emphasis on Thai.

As the two other yachts are yet to be named, the company has informed the public that each yacht will feature 149 suites each with its own private terrace. Up to 298 guests will be able to stay comfortably in a relaxed but elegant atmosphere. The geographies or seas to be traveled include the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Northern European regions, among other areas.

According to Douglas Prothero, CEO of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, “The distinct design of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection places us in a new space within the industry where the vessel is a destination in and of itself.” He further adds, “The design of our inaugural yacht and exceptional suites has been a collaborative effort and one that I am particularly excited about as we were able to envision and build a yacht from the ground up that will deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”
