Hilton has announced an agreement with Parks Hospitality Holdings to establish Conrad Los Cabos, a luxury Conrad Hotels & Resorts property, in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Scheduled to open in 2027, this development marks Conrad’s debut in the region and adds to Hilton’s portfolio of eight existing properties in the Baja California peninsula. Situated within the 860-acre OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf community, the resort will showcase bold design by Legorreta Architects and offer 175 accommodations, including guest rooms, suites, and residences. Guests will enjoy private plunge pools, expansive terraces, and access to world-class amenities, such as a 3,000-square-foot spa, five dining venues, and multiple pools. Conrad Los Cabos will also feature Mexico’s first golf course designed by Ernie Els.
Hilton’s luxury segment continues to expand in Mexico, which remains its largest and fastest-growing market in the Caribbean and Latin America. The company operates over 100 hotels across the country and has 40 projects underway.
