Nestled within the Piton Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this 35,000-square-foot residence offers a private pool, direct beach access, and 13 bathrooms. Designed by Botelho Wood Architects, the villa blends natural materials with a world-class art collection featuring works by Salvador Dalí, Yayoi Kusama, Banksy, and others. Sustainability is a key focus, with an integrated solar power system and a 50,000-gallon rainwater collection tank. Guests can enjoy personalized concierge services, a private gym with Peloton equipment, and access to Sugar Beach’s wellness center, spa, and fitness classes. The villa also features a state-of-the-art kitchen, offering private dining experiences in addition to the resort’s eight restaurants.
Spice of Life serves as a luxurious retreat and an ideal venue for private celebrations, including weddings and curated wellness retreats.
