Amour Restaurant Opens in West Hollywood

Amour, a new restaurant founded by nightlife impresario Thomas Fuks, has opened its doors in West Hollywood, filling the void left by the iconic Dominick’s. Drawing inspiration from European Old World design, Amour showcases a lush decor that features elements of the former venue while incorporating Parisian salon-style aesthetics. The space offers a variety of dining experiences, from an energetic bar area to intimate private rooms, complete with a library for post-dining relaxation.

The restaurant's menu presents a unique French-Japanese fusion crafted by executive chef Dany Chavez-Bello and chef de cuisine Hendrix Vega. Signature dishes include chawanmushi with salmon roe, beef tartare, and a $150 tasting menu featuring A5 Kobe wagyu. Additionally, a vegan tasting menu is available, showcasing dishes like ratatouille and miso-marinated eggplant risotto. The restaurant's operations are overseen by general manager Thibaud Duccini, who previously worked at Wally's and Caviar Kaspia.
