On multiple occasions, both during my arrival and the subsequent morning, as well as upon my departure, I experienced frustratingly slow service. The sight of a line of newly arrived guests, clearly exasperated by the prolonged wait, was disheartening. Additionally, it was evident that there is a lack of staff members available at the front door to promptly assist incoming guests. This observation suggests that the hotel may be understaffed in certain areas, which is unfortunate for an establishment of this caliber.
Despite its charming ambiance and stunning location. There is room for improvement when it comes to their service and attentiveness. A more proactive approach to anticipating guests' needs would enhance the overall experience. Offering personalized recommendations or anticipating common requests could go a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction.
