Ernst & Young has announced a collaboration with the University of Southern California's Iovine and Young Academy (IYA) to advance inclusion, diversity, equity, and access in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Through this partnership, EY will connect IYA to a network of successful women entrepreneurs by introducing them to prestigious programs such as Entrepreneur Of The Year, Entrepreneurial Winning Women, and the Entrepreneurs Access Network. The collaboration will allow selected women entrepreneurs from the EY network to take part in micro-entrepreneur residencies at IYA, beginning in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025, providing valuable mentorship and insight for IYA students.
This collaboration seeks to create lasting change by providing ongoing support and resources to women in the business landscape. By offering mentorship opportunities, fostering a more inclusive environment, and connecting students with influential role models, the initiative aims to help build the next generation of female leaders. EY and IYA’s efforts align with their commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive leadership in business, aiming to provide women with the tools, networks, and inspiration to thrive in their careers.
