Hilton, a global leader in hospitality, has signed a franchise agreement to convert The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort into Tapestry by Hilton, marking one of over 10 new deals the company has secured in Mexico this year. Scheduled to open in 2026, the resort is located in Cancun's hotel zone, nine miles from Cancun International Airport, and offers breathtaking views of Playa Langosta. Undergoing a full renovation, the property will feature vibrant designs, upgraded guest rooms, and nine dining options, including a rooftop bar with views of the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon. Owned and managed by Oasis Hotels and Resorts, this project underscores Hilton’s strategic focus on the all-inclusive market, where it currently operates six properties in Mexico.
With over 100 operating hotels and 40 in development, Mexico has emerged as Hilton’s largest and fastest-growing market in the Caribbean and Latin America. The company’s success in the region is fueled by a robust multi-brand strategy, partnerships with local developers, and strong brand recognition. Hilton’s recent ventures span various categories, including luxury, lifestyle, and focused-service hotels. Notably, the company added 10 boutique properties in Mexico through its partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, further strengthening its commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences in prime destinations.
