IHG Hotels and Resorts has officially introduced Verno House Budapest to its Vignette Collection, marking the brand’s debut in Hungary. Located in the heart of the city near Liberty Square, this boutique hotel reflects IHG’s commitment to offering unique, luxury experiences through its fast-growing collection of handpicked properties. Verno House, steeped in local history, has been a cultural hub since the late 19th century. Its 48 rooms, designed to blend urban sophistication with natural tranquility, offer guests a serene retreat with striking views of Budapest’s iconic architecture.
The hotel features a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant, Flava Kitchen and More, serving a diverse menu inspired by global cuisines, alongside Hungarian classics. Additionally, Verno House aligns with IHG’s "Journey to Tomorrow" sustainability plan, partnering with the local Kék Madár Alapítvány (Blue Bird Foundation) to support employment for individuals with disabilities. Guests can also enjoy the BOTANIQ Collection Wellness Department, complete with a Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna. Verno House Budapest is the latest addition to IHG’s expanding Vignette Collection, which now includes 18 properties worldwide, with 20 more in development.
