Kioku, a contemporary Japanese restaurant, has recently opened at The Old War Office (OWO) in Whitehall, London, offering a unique dining experience set against breathtaking 360-degree views of the city. In addition to the main restaurant, Kioku Bar occupies the ground floor, modeled after traditional Japanese listening bars, where patrons can enjoy meticulously crafted drinks accompanied by a curated soundtrack. Led by saké experts Anthony Yukio and Natsuki Kikuya, the bar offers an extensive saké collection from nearly every prefecture in Japan.
