Lena Leskina, the Owner of the popular Californian bakery lelé Cake, has expanded her business with the launch of lelé Kitchen, an upscale Eastern European farm-to-table restaurant in Los Gatos, California. Lelé Kitchen blends California's farm-to-table dining with Eastern European cuisine, offering a diverse menu that changes daily. The restaurant serves dishes such as Binchotan-grilled wagyu flat iron and Belarusian potato pancakes with smoked fish, utilizing locally sourced ingredients. In addition to its wide selection of California wines, the restaurant features a carefully curated wine list with bottles ranging from $45 to $650 and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks like Kally’s Golden Sparkler and Olipop soda.
