As North America’s first private community with an Endless Surf wave basin, the development integrates next-generation surf technology with a championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. The Endless Surf wave basin, equipped with customizable wave technology, caters to surfers of all skill levels. Located within the established 3,000-acre Cabo Real masterplan, the project is set to open in 2026, with more than $50 million in homesite sales already secured during its Founders sales launch in early 2024. Cabo Real Surf Club will feature a private beach club, wellness facilities, racquet sports amenities, and access to one of Los Cabos' top swimmable beaches.
The initial phase includes over 200 homes, offering options such as custom Estate Lots, Boardwalk Homesites, Surf Casitas, and Villas, all designed to showcase ocean and mountain views. Membership at the club is exclusive to property owners, with additional luxury amenities including a fully private golf course and boutique residences.
