This innovative initiative is supported by notable partners, including businessman Tony Robbins, musician Marc Anthony, and strategist Richard Attias. The Estate aims to transform the luxury hotel sector by integrating preventative and longevity centers in key markets, collaborating with Fountain Life, a leader in disease detection and prevention, to provide expert coaching and therapeutics that enhance vitality and healthspan.
The Estate Hotels brand plans to expand significantly, targeting 15 luxury hotels and residences, along with 10 urban preventative medicine centers by 2030. The first locations are set to open in St. Kitts, the UK, Trento, and Montreux by 2026, with additional sites in Miami and the GCC to follow. Nazarian emphasizes that The Estate is not merely a collection of medical hotels but a luxury experience designed to enrich lives.
