Oetker Collection has announced plans to unveil a new luxury hotel in St Tropez for the 2027 season. Partnering with the Pariente and Essebag families, the property will be situated between St Tropez and the Pampelonne beaches on the former site of Le Mas Bellevue. Designed as a serene retreat, the hotel will feature 52 rooms and suites, each offering private terraces or patios and spectacular sea views. Highlights include a large infinity pool, expansive wellness facilities, and dining experiences inspired by Provençal flavors, creating an ambiance that combines local authenticity with the glamour synonymous with the Oetker Collection.
Designed by Paris-based architects Patrick Gilles and Dorothée Boissier, the property will reflect understated sophistication with natural materials, aged tiles, and climbing vegetation, embracing the surrounding Côte d’Azur landscape. Drawing comparisons to a sailboat’s simplicity, the design philosophy emphasizes tranquility and minimalism. The new St Tropez property marks Oetker Collection’s steady expansion, following the opening of Hotel La Palma in Capri and the upcoming launch of Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach. Once completed, the group’s portfolio will include 13 iconic properties, reinforcing its commitment to measured growth and delivering unparalleled luxury experiences in globally sought-after destinations.
