In addition to catering to tourists, Secret Bay presents an investment opportunity for individuals seeking citizenship through its residency and citizenship by investment (CBI) program. Starting at $1.4 million, buyers can purchase cliffside vacation homes while simultaneously obtaining citizenship in Dominica, a small nation known for its mountainous landscapes.
The CBI initiative allows investors to acquire second citizenship with a minimum investment of $200,000, providing a fast track to residency without the usual bureaucratic hurdles.
