The Reserve at Grace Bay Unveiled

Beach Enclave Turks and Caicos has introduced The Reserve at Grace Bay, an enclave of three ultra-luxurious villas set along the sunset-facing shores of Grace Bay. Spanning five acres, the villas range from 9,424 to 10,696 square feet, offering a modern design that harmonizes with the natural environment. Two villas will open in November 2024, with the third slated for Q1 2025. Designed by Jacobsen Arquitetura, the villas feature high ceilings, open layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private infinity pools to highlight the turquoise ocean views. Each villa is equipped with seven bedrooms, open-air lounges, outdoor kitchens, and elevated decks, creating an ideal setting for family retreats, corporate events, or celebrations.

The Reserve provides exclusive amenities, including tennis and padel courts, a golf-green complex, and 24/7 access to a state-of-the-art fitness center. Guests can enjoy personalized service with private butlers, chefs, and housekeeping teams, who maintain the villas and arrange daily setups at the beach or poolside. Aimed at multi-generational and group travelers, the enclave also offers non-motorized water sports for active guests. With its unmatched luxury and attention to detail, The Reserve at Grace Bay positions itself as the pinnacle of Caribbean hospitality, catering to the growing demand for bespoke travel experiences.
