Las Vegas' dining landscape is set for a luxurious upgrade with the arrival of two acclaimed coastal restaurants, Cote Korean Steakhouse from New York and Gjelina from Los Angeles, at The Venetian Resort. With reservations set to open in September 2024, these additions are part of a massive $1.5 billion refurbishment project that also includes improvements to guest rooms, gaming spaces, and entertainment venues.
Cote Korean Steakhouse, opening its first West Coast location in 2025, will bring its distinctive blend of Korean BBQ and American steakhouse traditions to Las Vegas. Led by UNLV alumnus and founder Simon Kim, the restaurant promises an elevated dining experience featuring A5 wagyu and aged steaks in a vibrant setting designed by the renowned Rockwell Group. Meanwhile, Gjelina, renowned for its focus on sustainability and farm-to-table cuisine since 2008, will offer a menu tailored to the Las Vegas market, providing both lunch and dinner options at The Venetian's restaurant row. These additions underscore The Venetian's commitment to establishing Las Vegas as a premier culinary destination, coinciding with the city hosting The World's 50 Best Restaurants Award Ceremony in June 2024.
