Lodge & Dine awards The Revere Room a 5-star rating after a visit that highlighted strong performance across food, service, and setting.
The setting leans into a Manor House style, but the outdoor seating is where it settles best. Tables are spaced far enough apart to keep conversation from bleeding across the patio, and the setup works especially well in the evening when the space feels quieter and more contained.
The menu covers a fair amount of ground without feeling scattered. The hand-pulled burrata arrives soft and fresh, with a clean break and a mild creaminess. Gloria’s meatballs are one of the stronger starters, tender, well-seasoned, and served hot, with a sauce that holds its depth without turning heavy. The Little Gem Caesar keeps things simple, with crisp leaves and a dressing that leans slightly sharp, which helps cut through the richer dishes that follow.
Among the mains, the tagliatelle tartuffo is earthy, lightly coated, and not overloaded with sauce. The pork chop comes out evenly cooked with a firm sear, and the crispy king salmon delivers on texture, with a properly crisped skin and a flaky interior that separates cleanly with each bite.
The cocktails are just as considered. The “Not Old Fashioned” avoids the usual weight of the format, keeping its structure without becoming heavy or overly sweet. The Tipsy Bunny is brighter, with carrot juice and ginger honey coming through clearly, while citrus keeps it from leaning too far into sweetness. Citrus Bloom is more restrained, with chamomile softening the sharper notes of lemon and passion fruit.
Service is one of the restaurant’s steadier strengths. Staff check in at the right intervals, courses arrive without long gaps, and adjustments are handled without repeated reminders. The tone stays friendly, but the room never loses its shape.
The Revere Room proves that a dining experience doesn’t need theatrics to feel complete. The pacing is steady, the room is composed, and the food arrives exactly as intended.
